If they are unable to resolve the issues of the customer, then you will get your money back according to the company's 30 days refund policy.

When you claim to back your money, you need to provide a valid reason or provide evidence that our product is showing an error or is not working properly. Without proof, you will not be able to apply for a refund.

In the given case the refund will not applicable
- If the user is unable to use our applications, in this case we will provide customer support.
- If the user cannot migrate the file, then our technical team provides support through chat or remote evaluation as per the customer's permission.
- If a customer purchase our software without using free demo version, the refund will not applicable.
- If the client has a corrupted file and successfully recover or migrate 40% of data then the refund will not be given.
- If our software is not able to do what you want to do and likewise, no other software in the market can do the same process, refund can not be given. But if other similar application processes execute, the refund will be applicable only in that case.
- If the license processing is delayed: If you buy the software and you are not getting the license key. In this case the refund will not applicable.
